Vitablocs.com will charge delivery cost of £5.00 per order for orders up to a value of £250 and free for orders above £250 to addresses in the UK. Delivery to anywhere outside the UK will be quoted on an individual basis and will not be free of charge over and above £250 order value.

Our 30-day returns guarantee

Vitablocs.com 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Any used items cannot be accepted back unless faulty

Note: this does not apply to large electrical items delivered via specialist courier.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalised voucher, or by refunding your return postage costs with a cheque or credit to payment card ).

Vitablocs.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
• we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
• where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. We will NOT deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item from Vitablocs.com. Please call us on 01689 881788 in order to receive a returns number. Please write this number onto the delivery note and include it in the package when returned to the address provided by the operator.

In the event of Vitablocs.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Vitablocs.com within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.

Note: Vitablocs.com cannot generate refunds for items purchased from third-party sellers on Marketplace, Auctions or E-bay.
